Q&A
How do I care for my jewellery
Welcome to Our Jewelry Care Guide!
Stainless steel jewellery is loved for its durability and shiny appearance, perfect for everyday wear. To keep your pieces in pristine condition, follow these easy steps:
1. Keep It Clean
- Routine Cleaning: Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, damp cloth after wear to remove any oils and dirt.
- Deep Cleaning: Use a mild dish soap diluted in warm water. Soak your jewellery for a few minutes, then use a soft toothbrush to clean hard-to-reach areas. Rinse under clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
2. Storage Solutions
- Prevent Scratches: Store your jewellery in a separate pouch or a jewellery box with compartments to avoid scratches.
- Avoid Moisture: Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use silica gel packets in your storage area to absorb moisture and prevent tarnishing.
3. Wear and Care
- Chemical Exposure: Remove your jewellery when applying lotions, perfumes, or hairspray, as chemicals can tarnish the metal.
4. Polishing Perfection
- Maintain Shine: Use a microfiber cloth or a special jewelry polishing cloth to buff your stainless steel pieces. This will restore shine and remove any fingerprints.
Remember: With proper care, your stainless steel jewellery will continue to look as good as new for years to come. Enjoy wearing your beautiful and durable pieces!

Can I exchange my jewellery if the size is wrong?
Yes, you absolutely can. Please send us an email at Support@cubbis.com and we'll take care of the rest. Please note because of hygienic reasons we can't accept returns and exchanges on our earrings collection.
How to choose the correct size?
Below is our size guide, we hope it's useful:
RINGS
The best way to measure your fingers is by a jeweller using a ring sizer. If this is not available to you then use the guide below to estimate your size.
- Find a piece of string or strip of paper no wider than 14 mm
- Wrap it around the base of the finger.
- Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, and forming a complete circle.
- With a ruler, measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark.
- Use the chart below to determine your UK ring size.
Here are some tips to make your ring size measurement more accurate:
- After sliding the ring sizer on, make sure it slides off fairly easily over the knuckle.
- Don't measure cold fingers. This is when fingers are their smallest
- For the most accurate reading, measure the finger at the end of the day when the finger is the largest
- If you have a ring that fits you can measure it across the widest and email us the internal measurements in mm and we will be happy to help determine the size.
