SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date based on the delivery service and delivery address. 

Our goal is to process and ship orders within two (2) business days from the order date. The Shipping Time includes order processing. Shipping delays are common due to reasons beyond our control, therefore we include an order tracking number and link to the carrier in our shipping confirmation emails, so you always have access to the status of your order delivery.

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard delivery (3–5 working days)

  • Please note, standard delivery may take longer for remote locations.

 It is recommended to provide a phone number during checkout in order to avoid delays should our carriers encounter any issues during delivery. 

We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
